| I truly appreciate the professional handling of the entire tour by Orbitz. Many of the participants did share my view and were very much appreciative both of the back-office persons as well as the field person. Especially, Mr. Anil Kumar who handled the entire assignment right from the time we reached Dusseldorf airport until our departure back home very professionally yet with a personal touch. He was always available when needed and handled all our queries and requirements with a Smile. To summarize, I am totally happy with the entire team of Orbitz, especially Prachi you and Mr. Anil Kumar who have worked to make our trip very organized and comfortable. | I really appreciate the work done by Orbitz for my entire tour arrangement start from VISA to end of my journey (GIFA Germany). Orbitz representatives in Bangalore were very prompt and provided satisfactory requirement what was required. Thanks Mr. Sandeep all credits to you. During the tour Mr. Anil Kumar our tour leader was excellent. His hospitality and very positive response to all the GIFA visitors (through Orbitz ) appreciated. The hotel accommodation at Hotel Renaissance was good. Breakfast and dinner arrangement was very much satisfactory. I thank entire Orbitz team for outstanding work. Orbitz package tour is up to customers satisfaction which is very much encouraging, I will plan my other abroad visit through Orbitz and I will surely patronize. | I would like to compliment your team at ORBITZ which meticulously organised our trip to the ITMA 2011 Exhibition. The staff was very helpful, and the organisational skills was evident in the way our visas were processed, transport to and fro from the venue of the meetings. In addition for Indians like me, I was particularly happy that our Indian meal requests (vegetarian) was looked after carefully by your staff. That was a great relief for all the members of the team. The sight seeing visits were also planned in such a manner that we all enjoyed visiting the important places in Barcelona. You have organized the tour in such a way that it will even be remembered. Be it hastle free travel, pick up and drop, comfortable hotel accomodation, food, local tour or the information, M/s. | Thanks for your welcome mail,as far as our tour to barcelona is concerened it was fantastic. Let me say from the day of negotiation,to information to documentation and airport departure and arrival at barcelona to hospitality at reception by your total staff in hotel and full care and service for timing breakfast its quality,lunch and dinner with quality of food and service was superb.
